DishTV receiver signal problem

Hi all..
I have a zenega CD1004is receiver ( soft ver 4.72 ), in which i am receiving 11038 H signal ( 65 % ) ,but home transponder ( 12688 V ) and all other frequencies are 2% to 3% percent signal quality. I tried resetting to factory default. Tried STB to STB software download ( using RS-232 null cable ) But the problem remains.
I confirmed that my LNB and Cable are ok by connecting another working Zenega CD1004is receiver , it was receiving over 65 % signal on all frequencies.
I opened receiver and checked for Leaking and bulging capacitors, but did not find any. Now i made 11038H my home transponder and i'm receiving 10 to 12 channels... But how to get back the other V and H frequencies ?

Am using Dishtv HD+ Zenega Setup box [Model - HCX1030SCIH / Fir Ver - V45.95-4.1] with recording facility. I recorded some of the programs in thumb drive. To Watch Srilankan Channels on Indian Dish TV Box

Procedure to tune the Dish TV box to watch Dish Lanka channels....


Step 1

Select any channel and press and hold menu key for 8 sec. OR Reboot the system from the mains and repeatedly press menu key on "Loading Please wait" Screen.


Step 2


Installation Menu screen will appear as shown below.

Step 3


Select Home frequency option and below screen will appear

Step 4


Enter code 9523 and the below TP edit screen will appear

Step 5


Edit home TP (12170/H/40700) & press OK to save the settings.

Step 6

Check the signal strength and signal quality




Step 7

Press OK & then Exit. Box will automatically scan channels.
